A client user can only be assigned projects that the client hosts for that user. This system can be widely used for a service department and sales and is capable of handling much more. In this instance the sales tickets would not be seen to the service department and the service department tickets would not be visible to the sales department. but the system is not limited to that. both department can be configured to view tickets from both departments. or you can have some users being able to cross over from one to the other.
