This is a project I was playing with, the 9V battery lights up a 120V light bulb. that big silver heat sink is to help the
chip cool while it's turning on and off very fast, then that pulse goes into a loop of wire and the feedback is what cause the chip two switch state, also by doing this
the secondary coil pumps up the voltage high enough to light up the LED bulb.
it is worth while noting that the bulb is at it's max brightness and uses less power then if it was running off the house power
